In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact directly through email for quick redressal.
- 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled 45 days prior to check-in/pick-up date.
- 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled 44-30 days prior to check-in/pick-up date.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 30 days of check-in/pick-up date.
- Date amendment shall be allowed only in case of availability else cancellation charges applicable as mentioned above.
Refund Policy
All refunds are processed within a stipulated time of 15 Working Days. Reversal of the amount to the respective bank account shall be done between 15 to 30 Working Days ater deducting the banking / payment gateway / transaction / processing fee, if applied.
